IT Freelance Luxembourg is a networking platform that connects IT freelancers, recruiters (ESN), and companies in Luxembourg. We facilitate connections but do not act as an employer, staffing agency, or intermediary in contractual relationships between users.

4. User Account

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. User Obligations

By using the platform, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information in your profile and applications
• Not use the platform for illegal purposes or in violation of applicable laws
• Not attempt to access other users' accounts or data without authorization
• Not scrape, copy, or extract data from the platform by automated means
• Respect the intellectual property rights of IT Freelance Luxembourg and other users

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform (design, logos, texts, code) is the property of IT Freelance Luxembourg and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of the content they submit (CVs, profile information) but grant us a license to use it for the purpose of providing our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

IT Freelance Luxembourg acts as a connection platform and does not guarantee the quality, reliability, or suitability of any freelancer, recruiter, or client. We are not responsible for disputes between users, contractual agreements made outside the platform, or any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the platform.

8. Moderation

We reserve the right to review, modify, or remove any content or profile that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate. We may suspend or terminate any account without notice in case of violation of these Terms.

9. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
